Pricing & billing FAQ
What are credits?
Generation and certain metered features consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment that resets each billing period. The built-in code editor and exports are unlimited.
How am I billed?
Starter and Pro are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions billed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, on web and desktop. You can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan's access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which platforms are supported?
ArgilCAD runs on macOS with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and Windows 10/11 64-bit today. Intel-based Macs are not supported yet; support is planned for a future release. A web version is coming soon.
