Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the App → Profile → manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See our Refund PolicyCookie settings.

I was charged but didn’t get Pro access.

Subscription status updates automatically after payment. If it doesn’t, contact us with your purchase email and order reference and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Which platforms are supported?

macOS and Windows today; a web version is coming soon.
