Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for ArgilCAD (also presented as “AI3DModel”), operated by ArgilDesign. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

ArgilCAD Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor, Paddle (on web and desktop). On mobile, purchases are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Free tier

You can use ArgilCAD’s Free tier without any payment. We recommend trying the Free tier first to confirm the App meets your needs before subscribing to Pro.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time — from within the App (Profile → manage subscription) or through the relevant processor/app store. Cancellation:

  • stops all future renewals;
  • keeps your Pro access active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; and
  • does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

4. Refunds

4.1. Except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law (including consumer-protection law) or by the relevant app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable, and partial-period or unused-credit refunds are not provided.

4.2. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

4.3. Consumer rights. If you are a consumer protected by mandatory withdrawal or refund rights (for example, under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 or applicable EU/UK law), those rights are not affected by this policy. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital services, it may be limited or lost once the service has been fully performed or you have expressly consented to immediate performance.

4.4. Billing errors & exceptional cases. If you believe you were charged in error, or have an exceptional circumstance, contact us (see Section 6) and we will review your request in good faith together with Paddle.

5. How refunds are issued

Where a refund is approved, it is processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

To request a refund, cancel, or ask a billing question, contact us at tesimsek@gmail.com, or visit our Support page. Please include the email address used for the purchase and the order/transaction reference. Buyers can also contact Paddle directly for order and payment inquiries.
